1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery (India)
We offer reliable shipping across India with the following transit times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout).

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
3. Bengaluru Local Delivery
For our customers in Bengaluru, orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after processing is complete.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.
5. Shipping Partners
To ensure the safety of your jewelry, we partner with premium couriers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
6. Damages & Missing Items
vintique.lab is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help.

Mandatory: To report a damaged or missing item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.

7. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be charged to send it again.
