At Vintique Lab, we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure your antique and artificial jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original Vintique Lab packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Exceptions)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and Nose Rings: Once the packaging is opened, these are final sale.

Custom/Personalized Orders: Any jewelry made specifically for you.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or using a gift card.
4. Damages and Issues (Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at vintiquelab@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Note: To protect your purchase, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of the condition in which the package was received.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at vintiquelab@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
